General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations of all Residents, which including but not limited to Renters, Guests, and Visitors as defined below with Fabled Voyages.

DEFINITIONS

“Resident” means those who are living onboard the ship long-term and have signed agreements under the Ownership Purchase Agreement or participating in such programs as.

“Renter” means those who are living onboard and who have signed agreements under the Rental Purchase Agreement or participating in such program as.

“Guest” means those who stay onboard and participating in GVB or individuals who are renting from Owners.

“Visitor” means those who visit the ship for the day.

“All Parties” means all Residents, Renters, Guests, and Visitors

CONFIDENTIALITY
All Parties agree to keep strictly confidential information concerning the purchase price, the reservation deposit, maintenance fees and specific details of the ship and other proprietary information, and All Parties will not make any disclosure thereof to any third party (other than family residing in the same household, legal, financial and accounting advisors, and potential financing sources). All Parties acknowledges that All Parties’ breach of this section will cause irreparable and material loss and damage to Fable Voyages as to which it will not have an adequate remedy at law or in damages and that accordingly, the issuance of an injunction or other equitable remedy in favor of Fabled Voyages is an appropriate remedy for any such breach, including costs and damages, in addition to such other rights and remedies as Fabled Voyages may have with respect thereto. This section will survive the termination of this Agreement.

NOTICES
All notices and other communications given or made hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed effectively given: (a) upon personal delivery to the party to be notified, (b) when sent by confirmed electronic mail if sent during normal business hours of the recipient, and if not so confirmed, then on the next business day, (c) five (5) days after having been sent by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, or (d) one (1) business day after the business day of deposit with a nationally recognized overnight courier, specifying next business day delivery, with written verification of receipt. All Parties consent to the delivery of any notice or communications under this Agreement by (i) electronic mail to the electronic mail address set forth below (or to any other electronic mail for the Purchaser in the Company’s records). GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Resident shall not have the right to assign their rights under this Agreement to any other party without the prior written approval of Fabled Voyages, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. This Agreement, together with any agreement made under the Rental Agreement, Ownership Agreement, and any other Fabled Voyages agreement(s) constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter herein. All prior understandings, oral agreements, and representations related to any agreement are void and/or superseded by this Agreement.
Any modifications or amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties. Any current or prior representations, understandings, or oral statements—including, but not limited to, those made in sales brochures, sales materials, or by sales representatives regarding incentives or any matter related to the Residence—shall have no force or effect unless explicitly included in the special terms section of their respective contract or program and approved by Fabled Voyages. These terms and conditions may be executed in one or more counterparts, including via portable document format (PDF), each of which shall be deemed an original, and all of which, when taken together, shall constitute one and the same instrument.

GUEST VOYAGERS BENEFITS
Resident Owners and Renters contracted through Fabled Voyages accrue seven (7) days of Guest Voyagers benefits each quarter (90 days), totaling twenty-eight (28) days of complimentary GVB benefits per calendar year; qualifying Renters are those who have booked a minimum of 540 days (1.5 years) in rentals. Residents must accrue their days before using but can use negative accrue upon approval. Complimentary Guest Voyagers benefits are subject to change at the sole discretion of Fabled Voyages.
Outside of accrued benefits, Residents can also rent Guest Voyagers Residences for $90.00USD per person per day, subject to availability, up to 4 weeks at a time and subject to an administration fee. Stays exceeding twenty-eight (28) days are subject to the prevailing market rate at the time of booking.
If a Resident or Renter has (a) Guest Voyager(s) coming onboard, Fabled Voyages must be notified at least 60 days in advance. GVB must have a valid passport and proper visas depending on location of embarkation and payment is due at the time of booking and includes an administration fee.
GVB Program Intent: This program is designed exclusively to allow Residents to share the experience of long-term sailing with family and close friends, providing opportunities to reconnect with loved ones, while at sea. It is not intended for guests seeking to avoid standard pricing or as a means of extended or recurring accommodation.
Responsibility: The Resident is fully responsible for family and friends staying onboard whether Resident is onboard or not, including but not limited to, all outstanding expenses, fees, and/or damages, all of which will be charged against the Resident’s onboard account.
Fabled Voyages has the sole discretion to remove friends and family in the event of inappropriate, unruly, or violent behavior. Illegal activity will result in expulsion and be reported to the appropriate authorities.

MEDICAL SERVICES
The ship is equipped with limited medical facilities and staffed by internationally accredited medical personnel. Fabled Voyages is not a medical provider, any interactions with medical providers onboard are done so at the sole risk and cost (beyond standard medical visits) of All Parties and provided for the convenience of All Parties. All work is performed directly for All Parties, with no supervision, control, or liability of Fabled Voyages. Standard medical visits and customary emergency room fees, medications, procedures, and charges may apply for medical services and are dictated by the services performed by the medical staff.

All Parties acknowledge that medical care and medical evacuation may not always be available in port or while at sea. Fabled Voyages assumes no liability for treatment, failure to treat, misdiagnoses, diagnosis, any alleged or actual malpractice, examinations, advice, or other services provided by the medical staff, and any additional expenses to you incurred by such services. Co-pays are standard for all medical visits and include standard visits if All Parties is feeling unwell or has been injured. Routine care or necessary ongoing medical visits beyond the standard visits will incur additional fees for care. Fabled Voyages recommends that All Parties obtain independent medical insurance.

Any treatment or medical service provided off board the ship is solely at the expense of All Parties. Fabled Voyages does not make any recommendations, take any responsibility, or liability for any Medically Related Services offboard the ship.
Residents needing special services during the voyage, or needing to travel with any medical apparatus, including wheelchairs, motorized scooters, etc., must advise Fabled Voyages in writing at the time of initial payment to determine if Fabled Voyages ship has the capacity or capability to accommodate their needs.
Each Resident is responsible for managing their own health and mobility requirements throughout their stay. This includes ensuring they bring and utilize any necessary medical equipment, such as canes, walkers, wheelchairs, or other mobility aids, to independently navigate the ship and participate in shore excursions. Residents must also be capable of self-care or make their own arrangements for any personal assistance needed, at their own expense.
Please note some ports of call may not be suitable for Residents with limited mobility and in such cases, may preclude debarkation for any individual with limited mobility, with or without the aid of a wheelchair or motorized scooter. Fabled Voyages has the right to refuse or revoke passage to anyone who, in its judgment, is in a physical, mental, or emotional condition unfit for travel or whose comfort on board may be compromised due to situations beyond the care that can be provided by Fabled Voyages. Fabled Voyages does not offer medical insurance, and any medical procedures or medications required in addition to the standard health visit will be at cost.

NOTICE TO BOARD
Providing accurate and timely information is essential for smooth operations and effective manifest management. Your cooperation ensures streamlined processes and allows us to serve you efficiently.
Residents must provide a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for embarkation or disembarkation. This applies to all travel plans, including overland tours or excursions where a Resident intends to disembark at one port and rejoin the ship at another. Failure to provide timely notice may result in last-minute manifest adjustments, which will incur an Administrative Fee. Additionally, for security and compliance with international regulations, any Resident not listed on the official manifest will not be permitted to board.

DEVIATION, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND
(a) Fabled Voyages may change the itinerary at any time without notice. The ship shall be entitled to leave and enter ports at the Master’s discretion and for any purpose and to omit or change any or all ports of call, arrival or departure times, with or without notice, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to health and safety, security, adverse weather, hurricanes, tornadoes, strikes, tides, hostilities, civil unrest, port closings, emergency debarkations of Residents, Guests, Visitors, or crew, , mechanical breakdowns, declared pandemics, public health emergencies, outbreak of communicable disease, quarantines, national or regional emergencies, US or foreign governmental advisories or travel warnings, all such deviations being considered as forming part of and included in the proposed voyage.
(b) In the event part or the rest of the voyage is terminated early or canceled due to mechanical failure of the ship, Resident is entitled to their voyage Fare (if canceled prior to the first day of the voyage), or a proportionate share thereof, in addition to transportation to the ship’s scheduled port of disembarkation or Resident’s home city, at Fabled Voyages’ discretion and expense, as well as necessary lodging at the unscheduled port of disembarkation, if required, at a maximum of 5 days at Fabled Voyages’ expense.
(c) The ship may deviate from its scheduled course to assist other ships for the purpose of saving life or property without liability whatsoever to Resident.

RIGHT TO DENY BOARDING OR REVOKE PASSAGE
Fabled Voyages and the Master of the ship reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to deny boarding or revoke passage for any Resident, guest, or visitor whose behavior is deemed to pose a threat to the safety, security, or well-being of other Residents, crew members, or the vessel itself. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, disruptive, aggressive, illegal, or otherwise harmful actions.
In cases where such behavior is identified, Fabled Voyages may issue a written warning or
proceed with immediate disembarkation at the next port of call. Disembarkation decisions may be made without prior warning if the circumstances warrant immediate action. All expenses related to disembarkation, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, and other associated costs, shall be the sole responsibility of the Resident, guest, or visitor involved.
The Master retains the right to take all necessary and reasonable actions to ensure the safety and security of all onboard. By accepting passage, each Resident, Guest, and Visitor waives any and all claims against Fabled Voyages, its affiliates, and the Master for any actions taken under this clause and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Fabled Voyages and its affiliates from any liability arising out of such actions. All costs and expenses relating to denial or revocation of passage shall be borne exclusively by the Resident, Guest, or Visitor.

SHIP
Fabled Voyages retains the right to make changes/retrofits/modifications to the ship provided for its voyages at any time. Although Fabled Voyages makes best efforts to ensure that all its ships are seaworthy at all times, the company does not warrant (expressly or implied), and specifically disclaims any warranty as to the fitness, condition, or merchantability of Fabled Voyages ships. As part of Fabled Voyages Performance and Indemnity Insurance requirements all ships once acquired will carry their own policy which includes but not limited to: hull and machinery, open-ended risks, war risks; and risks of environmental damage such as oil spills and pollution.

RESPONSIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE
(a) Residents, Renters, Guests, and Visitors, specifically release Fabled Voyages from all claims for loss or damage to baggage or property or from personal injuries or death, or from loss or delay arising out of the acts, omissions, or negligence of any independent contractors, such as air carriers, hotels, shore excursion operations, restaurateurs, transportation providers, medical personnel, spa personnel, or other providers of services or facilities onboard the ship or onshore at any port of call. All arrangements made with independent contractors are made solely for the convenience of Residents and are done at All Parties’ own risk. Fabled Voyages specifically disclaims all liabilities for damages for emotional distress, mental suffering, or psychological injury of any kind. Tickets, vouchers, and any other travel documents are subject to all terms and conditions of the respective suppliers, some of which may limit a supplier’s liability.
(b) All Parties shall always comply with the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions, with all applicable laws, and with all Fabled Voyages policies, procedures, and requirements (which may be changed from time to time without notice). Additionally, All Parties may not sell, advertise, or promote any products or services to other All Parties onboard any of Fabled Voyages ships. All Parties who wish to provide a service must be approved by Fabled Voyages, and carry their own liability insurance, and a separate agreement and waiver will apply.
(c) While onboard, Residents, Renters, Guests, and Visitors may not enter any designated crew areas, including any crew quarters, under any circumstances.
(d) Fabled Voyages retains the right to enter any Resident room even when the “Do Not Disturb” sign is out for any required emergency maintenance, safety, or security. Where there is not emergency, Fabled Voyages will make an attempt to schedule a time that is acceptable to both the Resident and the Fabled Voyages maintenance team.
(e) Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, Fabled Voyages shall not be liable for any injury, death, illness, damage, delay or other loss to person or property, or any other claim by any All Parties caused by an act of god, war, terrorism, civil commotion, labor trouble, government interference, perils of the sea, fire, orders by government agencies restricting travel due to declared pandemics, public health emergencies or outbreaks of communicable disease, covid-19, influenza, colds and norovirus, quarantines, national or regional emergencies, thefts or any other cause beyond carrier’s reasonable control, or any act not shown to be caused by Fabled Voyages’ negligence.
(f) All Parties agrees to solely assume the risk of injury, death, illness, or other loss, and Fabled Voyages is not responsible for the All Parties’ use of any athletic or recreational equipment; or for the negligence or wrongdoing of any independent contractors, including but not limited to photographers, spa personnel or entertainers; or for events taking place off Fabled Voyages’ ships, launches, tenders, or transports, or as part of any shore excursion, tour or activity.
(g) Fabled Voyages hereby disclaims all liability to All Parties for damages for emotional distress, mental suffering, or psychological injury of any kind under any circumstances, when such damages were neither the result of a physical injury to All Parties, nor the result of All Parties having been at actual risk of physical injury, nor were intentionally inflicted by Fabled Voyages. Without limiting the preceding sentence, in no event will Fabled Voyages be liable to All Parties for any consequential, incidental, exemplary, or punitive damages.
(h) Passengers embarking on the voyage in a European member state port are afforded rights. Please seek legal counsel to know your right. As to all other Voyages not described above, all the restrictions, exemptions from, and limitations of liability provided in, or authorized by the laws of the United States shall apply, including but not limited to, title 46 of the United States Code §§30501 through 30509, and 30511.
(i) Except as otherwise expressly set forth herein, all disputes or claims whatsoever by Resident arising from or related to any Ownership or Program Agreement shall in all respects and without regard to conflict of law principles, be governed by and construed in accordance with the general maritime law of the United States of America, and, when applicable, the U.S. Death on the High Seas Act (46 U.S.C. § 30301 et seq.). Except as otherwise expressly specified in this ticket, the Resident agrees this choice of law supersedes and preempts any provision of law of any other state or nation.
(j) No suit shall be maintainable against Fabled Voyages or the ship upon any claim relating to the damage or loss to any property unless the Resident provides a written notice of the claim, with full details, which shall be delivered to Fabled Voyages at its office within thirty (30) days after the termination of the voyage; and in no event shall any suit for any cause against Fabled Voyages or the ship with respect to loss of or damage to property be maintainable unless suit shall be filed within one year after the termination of the voyage and process has been served within one hundred twenty days after filing, notwithstanding any provision of law of any state, territory, possession or country to the contrary.
(k) It is agreed by and between Resident and Fabled Voyages that all claims, disputes, and matters whatsoever arising under, arising out of, or relating to this voyage agreement shall be litigated in and before a court of competent jurisdiction located in Colorado, USA. The general terms and conditions provide for the exclusive resolution of disputes through individual legal action on the Resident’s own behalf instead of through any class action. Even if the applicable law provides otherwise, Resident agrees that any lawsuit against the carrier whatsoever shall be litigated by Resident individually and not as a member of any class or as part of a class action, and Resident expressly agrees to waive any law entitling Resident to participate in a class action.

(l) Either party shall hold the other harmless against any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, and costs incurred which directly or indirectly result from, or arise in connection with, any negligent act or omission, pertaining to its activities and obligations under this agreement. All protections, benefits, defenses, and exclusions from and limitations of liability in favor of Fabled Voyages set forth in this voyage agreement shall also ensure the benefit of all of Fabled Voyages’ subsidiaries and affiliated or related companies. including but not limited to Fabled Voyages agents or managers, contractors, and suppliers of goods and services, including but not limited to concessionaires, medical staff, all shore excursion and/or tour operators, and independent contractors.

INSURANCE
Personal medical insurance is not included in your fees, but highly recommended and the sole responsibility of the Residents, Renters, Guests and Visitors. Fabled Voyages is required to remain in good standing on all necessary insurance policies to maintain the operating status of our ship. No refund will be made for unused or partially used portions of the voyage, air, or land programs, including shore excursions.

INDEPENDENT TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
Fabled Voyages has no responsibility regarding air or land travel arrangements made by non-refundable, restricted travel or frequent flyer tickets. This exclusion of liability includes consequences to independently arranged air or land travel that may result from last-minute changes in the embarkation or debarkation ports and delays in arrival at any airport or port location.

BAGGAGE POLICY
Luggage for Fabled Voyages All Parties will be handled pursuant to regulations and tariffs of airlines, government security requirements, and ground operators. Luggage exceeding these limitations will be subject to charges as set forth by the individual operators, including any excess baggage charges. Fabled Voyages reserves the right to refuse any items that may be considered dangerous (explosives, firearms, liquid oxygen, combustible, or illegal items). Fabled Voyages reserves the right to search any baggage for security reasons. All hand-carried luggage and personal effects are the responsibility of All Parties at all times. Fabled Voyages is not responsible for the loss of or damage to Residents, Renters, Guests, or Visitors luggage. Baggage insurance is recommended. Luggage and personal belongings must be taken off the ship upon All Parties debarkation. Under no circumstances will luggage be kept on board without the owner of such luggage being on the ship after the completion of the Agreement/Contract. All Parties can request luggage to be stored for a short period of time if they plan on returning to the ship; this must be communicated and approved by Fabled Voyages. All Parties may bring a reasonable amount of luggage on board a Fabled Voyages ship. No baggage or items heavier than 70 lbs. each will be loaded onto or off-loaded from our ships.

STORAGE
The ship has a limited amount of storage space for bulky recreational equipment at a cost to be determined on a first come first served basis. Residents who wish to store such items must notify Fabled Voyages prior to boarding and receive approval which shall not be unreasonably withheld. There will not be storage space for personal items, motorized or other vehicles, other equipment, instruments, or any personal items of residence. Any such items should be stored in your Residence or Storage Unit. Accessories should be foldable to allow for space within the Residence or Storage Unit.

MAIL AND PACKAGE SERVICES
Fabled Voyages will be providing a Mail Drop Service for letter mail only, free of charge. We will provide a U.S. address to forward your mail. Fabled Voyages will provide package delivery options pricing and specifics to be detailed in due course.
All mail will be opened and inspected to ensure it is legally able to be mailed. Items such as Aerosols, Alcoholic Beverages, Ammunition, Cigarettes, Dry Ice, Gasoline, Hemp-based products (including cannabidiol [CBD]), Marijuana (medical or otherwise), Nail Polish, Perfumes (containing alcohol), and batteries will not be permitted.
FV will use freight forwarder services to send shipment either air or sea freight and deliver it to the nearest or most convenient port of call. Fabled Voyages may charge a fee if Resident shipment exceeds 100 lbs.
Mail/packages needed urgently can be shipped separately at the Resident’s expense directly to the port agent a few days before arriving at the port. Please discuss with onboard Concierges to be provided with instructions for shipping.

DOCUMENTATION AND VISAS
Passport and Visa requirements and regulations regarding vaccination certificates and other health requirements vary by destination. It is the sole responsibility of each Resident to obtain and have available the appropriate valid travel and health documents for their chosen itinerary. Any Resident traveling without the proper documentation will not be allowed to board the ship and no refund of reservation fare or any other travel components purchased from Fabled Voyages will be issued. Passports must be valid throughout the duration of the voyage plus six months following the date of the trip completion. Residents of residence must have passports valid for 3 months following their disembarkation date. Fabled Voyages accepts no responsibility for obtaining required visas nor for advising Residents of visas or other immigration requirements beyond the guidelines indicated.

ATTIRE
Fabled Voyages’ general recommended dress onboard is casual, but within legal requirements of port/country. Fabled Voyages does not provide clothing for colder weather.
Main Dining Room. Specialty Dining, Theatre, Library, Casino/Entertainment Venues Attire: No Swimwear. Casual unless otherwise stated for event/occasion.

BOARDING
Residents are required to be on board the ship at least one hour prior to the scheduled departure time. Should the (in)actions of any Resident(s) result in the ship not sailing at its scheduled departure time, Fabled Voyages shall assess Late Departure Fees beginning at $1,000 USD per Resident, to said Resident(s) directly responsible for any departure that is delayed more than 15 minutes beyond the scheduled and published departure time, to cover the costs levied against Fabled Voyages by port authorities, governmental and quasi-governmental agencies as agreed and liquidated damages. If you miss the ship, Fabled Voyages is not responsible for the travel arrangements to board in the next port.

SMOKING
For the safety and security of all Residents and staff on board, Designated Smoking Areas are available onboard Fabled Voyages ships. Smoking is expressly forbidden in all Residences and balconies, or in any areas of the ship other than officially Designated Smoking Areas. Smoking in a Residence or balcony represents a serious fire and safety hazard to all Residents and staff.
Failure to comply with this requirement will result in a written warning and subsequent violations will have a $500 fine per incident charged to the Resident’s onboard account. Repeated violations may lead to disembarkation at the next port.
Residents choosing to disregard this policy will be disembarked at the next port of call and may also be subject to additional fees that will be imposed to cover the costs associated with any damage to and the required cleaning of furnishings, balconies, and surrounding deck, and accommodation areas. All areas other than those specified as Designated Smoking Areas will remain smoke-free. Residents are welcome to use Cigars, Pipe smoking, and Electronic Cigarettes in designated smoking areas.

ALCOHOL POLICY AND RESPONSIBILITY
Residents may bring alcohol onboard; however, Fabled Voyages reserves the right to prohibit or limit the amount of alcohol brought onboard at any time if abuse is identified. Fabled Voyages encourages responsible drinking. Any disruptive, dangerous, or destructive behavior resulting from alcohol consumption will result in a formal warning, and the Resident may lose the privilege to bring alcohol onboard and limited to consumption.
Continued or severe misconduct following a warning may lead to removal from the ship at the Resident’s expense. Fabled Voyages disclaims any liability for incidents or injuries arising from alcohol misuse, including harm to oneself or others, and reserves the right to impose restrictions on alcohol privileges as deemed necessary to maintain a safe and secure environment for all Residents.

GRATUITIES
To tip is a personal matter and at your discretion. A 15% service gratuity is automatically added to all beverage purchases, Salon and Spa services, Specialty Dining, Pet Services, and other specialty services (as applicable). Residents may decide on additional gratuities while onboard the ship at their sole discretion.
Due to the unique nature of this residential world cruise, our crew occasionally goes above and beyond to assist Residents with personal requests. For those who wish to show their appreciation, we have a Crew Aid Fund, where Residents can contribute gratuities or monetary gifts—100% of which goes directly to the crew, for emergencies. The Front Desk will have more information onboard.
CABIN RESALE & TRANSFER
Owners have the right to sell their cabin at any time after launch. Any transfer of ownership must be coordinated with Fabled Voyages to facilitate the proper assignment of the
Ownership Purchase Agreement to the new owner. An administration fee of $1000.00USD will apply to process the transfer. Until the sale is officially completed, all maintenance fee obligations remain the responsibility of the current owner. For more details on the resale process and requirements, Owners should contact their designated Fabled Voyages Advisor.

RENTAL RESTRICTION CLAUSE
Authorized Rental Participants: Only Owners/Fractional Owners under the Ownership Purchase Agreement are permitted to rent their cabins to third parties. Renters, guests, or any other program participants—under any other agreement—are strictly prohibited from renting their cabins to others.
Protection of Fabled Voyages Contracts & Revenue: Owners shall not solicit, approach, or otherwise attempt to rent their cabin to any Resident, Renter, or Guest who holds an active contract with Fabled Voyages. If a Resident, Renter, or Guest has a contractual agreement with Fabled Voyages, that contract takes precedence and cannot be canceled or replaced by an Owner rental.
Enforcement & Compliance: No exceptions to this policy will be granted. Fabled Voyages reserves the right to refuse bookings, deny embarkation, and take any necessary legal or financial action against violations of this clause, including but not limited to termination of the Owner’s rental privileges.
Liability Disclaimer: Any issues arising between Renters and Owners—including but not limited to disputes over payments, refunds, cancellations, itinerary changes, or other obligations—are solely the responsibility of the Renter and respective Owner. Fabled Voyages assumes no liability, involvement, or responsibility for any such matters. Owners who rent out their cabins do so at their own risk and must ensure compliance with this clause at all times.

BACKGROUND CHECKS:
For the safety and security of all Residents, Fabled Voyages reserves the right to conduct a one-time background check on all prospective and current Residents, Renters, Guests, and Visitors. This check may include, but is not limited to, a review of criminal history and other relevant information. By applying for residency or visiting the vessel, you consent to this background check and agree to provide any necessary information or authorizations as required. Fabled Voyages retains the right, at its sole discretion, to deny access based on the results of these checks, particularly if any criminal activity is identified.

PET POLICY
At Fabled Voyages, we know your pets are an integral part of your family. We are
pet friendly and are welcoming cats weighing up to 20 pounds (9.07 kg) and dogs weighing up to 65 pounds (29.48 kg), unless otherwise approved, aboard our ship. It is expected
that All Parties with pets understand that FV will not be responsible for the safety and
health of any animals on or off board the ship outside the content of this policy. Therefore, each resident with pets hereby indemnifies FV for any issues that may arise from traveling with your pet to and from the ship, and while on the ship. Sole responsibility for the health and wellbeing of animals will be the owner as identified by their animal passport documentation.

To ensure a pleasant experience for all our passengers, we have established the following pet policy:

1. Pet Accommodations:

A maximum number of pets will be determined by Fabled Voyages.
-
A maximum of two pets per Residence are allowed.
-
Maximum pet Residences onboard are capped based on the number of Residences designated as the “pet friendly” on the ship.
-
Pet Sitting, Grooming, and standard Veterinary Services available at an additional cost.
2. Pet Cabins:
-
All pet Residences are located in designated areas of the ship ensuring that both pet owners and non-pet owners can enjoy their voyage comfortably.
3. Non-Refundable Deposit and Fees:
-
A non-refundable deposit of $1,000.00USD per pet is required for each pet cabin. This deposit covers any potential cleaning or damage costs associated with pet stays.

A monthly fee of $200.00USD per pet is required for additional cleaning, damage, and maintenance.
4. Resident Must Supply a Suitable Crate for their Animal(s):

Each resident must supply a suitable crate and install it in their Residence upon check-in. This crate must be used when All Parties are not in their Residence during housekeeping or scheduled maintenance services to provide access for the personnel. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in fines and/or cancellation of your Contract/Agreement.
5. Pet Care While Onboard:

It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure proper care for their animals while onboard.

Animal Abuse/Cruelty will not be tolerated and will be prosecuted.

Proper medical care, vaccinations, and sanitation are mandatory. This can be kept up through our Pet Services.
6. Dietary Accommodations:
-
Residents are responsible for supplying food to their pets. When possible, the ship personnel can assist in sourcing and purchasing pet food in upcoming ports or from our duty-free commissary.
7. Pet-tiquette:
-
We require that pet owners ensure their pets are well-behaved and considerate of other passengers. Please be mindful of noise, as continuous meowing can disturb fellow voyagers. Should this occur, it may necessitate a review of your reservation. Pets should be kept in carrier bags or on leash while in common areas of the ship in transit to either the designated pet area(s) or ashore where possible.

The designated pet area is Promenade Deck 4, Starboard only. Forward and Aft Starboard Elevators only. Pets must always be kept on a leash while at the designated cat area.

Pets are strictly prohibited from entering non-pet designated areas - common areas, dining areas, or the business center at any time.
8. Cleaning and Waste Management:

Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Waste disposal stations
-
are conveniently located at the designated area on the Starboard Promenade Deck 4. An artificial turf area will be set up for pets to relieve themselves.

Cat litter must be disposed of properly in a separate bag as part of the Villa trash and must be changed no less than every other day unless needed more frequently.
-
Under no circumstances should any cat litter be flushed down the toilet, in the sink, or bathtub, and is subject to a $10,000 fine if litter has been found to be flushed.
9. Vaccination and Health Records:

Pet owners must provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations and health records for their pets upon embarkation. This includes a current rabies vaccination, as it is a mandatory requirement in many countries.

All pets must be neutered or spayed.

All pets must be microchipped. An authorized vet puts the microchip number in the cat health certificate/passport, and the date must be before the pet’s vaccinations.
10. Veterinary Care:

We intend on having onboard veterinary care available for routine and standard veterinary needs for a co-pay plus additional costs for care. Any off board veterinary care will be solely at the owner’s expense.
11. Pets Ashore
-
Pets will not be allowed to be brought ashore during day visits and excursions.

We want to make sure everyone’s voyage is as enjoyable as possible. We appreciate your cooperation as we work to ensure a balance for all passengers two legged and four.

INCLUSIVE AMENITIES
All-inclusive products include dining three times a day at any of the included restaurants, snacks and other food offerings to be available throughout the day and evening, limited house beer and house wine at lunch and dinner, onboard entertainment (special events may be at an additional charge), WIFI, weekly housekeeping, laundry service, usage of the public areas of the business center, fitness center, and Guest Voyagers visits unless otherwise specified within the Resident Agreement.

RESIDENCE AMENITIES
Residences include standard bathroom toiletries, shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, linens (bed linens and towels), flat screen TV, mini fridge, coffee machine or kettle, hair dryer upon request, and under-bed storage. Residents can buy their own toiletries, food, and beverage items per regulations within each port or at our ship’s duty-free commissary (international waters). No fresh fruits or vegetables may be brought onboard in any port and will be subject to confiscation and disposal without compensation. Any electronics must be inspected, fireproofed, approved, and have automatic shut off.

WHAT TO BUDGET FOR (NON-INCLUSIVE)
Fabled Voyages offers salon and spa services, shore excursions, alcoholic beverages, special restaurants, duty-free boutiques and commissary, special events, private classes, private storage and/or office space, personal training, Port/Off-Ship activities and expenses which are not included in the Voyage fare. We will provide a list of prices once on board.

PUBLIC HEALTH
(a) Fabled Voyages follows the guidance and directives of established health authorities in the U.S. and other destinations where the ship visits, including the CDC and other international, national, and local health agencies when the ship is within those agencies’ jurisdiction. All Parties acknowledge that these directives may change from time to time and that FV’s COVID-19 and Public Health Policies and Procedures may therefore change. All Parties expressly agree to comply not only with the COVID- 19 and Public Health Policies and Procedures as they are described herein but also as they are set forth on (website), at all times including pre-embarkation, while onboard, during port calls and shore excursions and/ or final disembarkation. In case of any conflict between the COVID-19 and Public Health Policies and Procedures described herein or on the (website), All Parties must abide by FV’s COVID-19 and Public Health Policies and Procedures.
(b) Fabled Voyages highly recommends that All Parties consult with a personal physician prior to embarkation and review the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (“CDC”) website for updated information. CDC has identified elderly persons and persons with certain chronic medical conditions as being at increased risk of life-threatening complications from being infected with COVID-19. All Parties may be exposed to communicable illnesses, including but not limited to influenza, COVID-19, colds, and norovirus while onboard the ship as well as traveling to/from the ship, during shore excursions, in terminals, and during activities. All Parties accept that exposure to communicable illnesses and other diseases is inherent in activities where individuals interact or share common facilities and is beyond the control of Fabled Voyages. Under this Voyage Agreement, All Parties knowingly and voluntarily accepts these risks including the risk of serious illness or death resulting from such exposure, and/or all related damages, costs, expenses, and losses of any nature whatsoever.
(c) Upon embarkation and at any time during the voyage, Fabled Voyages may require that All Parties provide a truthful and complete health questionnaire containing any and all health or travel-related questions required by Fabled Voyages in its sole discretion. Fabled Voyages may perform routine or periodic testing and temperature checks of each All Parties. Fabled Voyages reserves the right at any time to modify capacity rules for activities (including but not limited to restaurants, gyms, entertainment events, and shore excursions) in the event it determines that normal capacities may present unsafe exposure to All Parties. If required to prevent illnesses onboard, Fabled Voyages may require mandatory use by each All Parties (except where a medical exemption is provided by the onboard Doctor), of face coverings in public locations outside of All Parties’ Residence, during embarkation, disembarkation, and shore excursions. Fabled Voyages also retains the right to confine All Parties to their Residence if they have been determined to be carrying a communicable disease or provide emergency disembarkation of All Parties, in Fabled Voyages’ sole discretion, if such steps are necessary to prevent or slow the spread of COVID-19 or any other communicable disease.
(d) Any noncompliance by the Resident, Renter, Guest, or Visitor with Fabled Voyages COVID-19 and Public Health Policies and Procedures shall be grounds for refusal to embark, or re-embark after going ashore, quarantine onboard the ship, reporting to government or health authorities, disembarkation, or other steps that are determined to be necessary in Fabled Voyages sole discretion under the applicable circumstances, to protect the wellbeing and health of others. Under these circumstances, All Parties shall not be entitled to a refund or entitled to compensation of any kind. All Parties will be responsible for all related fines and costs, including without limitation, travel expenses and for necessary travel documentation required by any port, or for departure from or arrival to the All Parties country of residence. In no event, will Fabled Voyages be liable for any damages or expenses whatsoever incurred by All Parties, as a result of Fabled Voyages decision to refuse reboarding, quarantine, disembarkation, or any other decisions taken by Fabled Voyages.

(e) If All Parties tests positive for COVID-19, influenza, or any other communicable disease while onboard, Fabled Voyages, in its sole discretion may require All Parties to be quarantined in their Residence and may refuse disembarkation in any port to such All Parties to prevent the spread of any communicable illness. If it is deemed necessary to disembark All Parties due to a COVID- 19 infection that requires onshore medical treatment, and All Parties is unable to reboard the ship within 30 days, then All Parties will be entitled to a refund only for the unused portion of the voyage. Any expenses incurred by All Parties including related costs, fines, and travel expenses are the sole responsibility of All Parties and under no circumstances will be the responsibility of Fabled Voyages.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND TRADEMARK PROTECTION:
The use of Fabled Voyages logos, trademarks, copyrighted materials, or other intellectual property by any individual, including Residents, Renters, Guests, and Visitors, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Fabled Voyages. This includes, but is not limited to, resale, reproduction, distribution, or any form of unauthorized use.

Any unauthorized use of Fabled Voyages intellectual property may result in legal action.
All materials, content, logos, trademarks, and services associated with Fabled Voyages are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Individuals agree not to engage in any actions that infringe upon Fabled Voyages intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use, replication, or distribution of any Fabled Voyages-branded items or materials. Fabled Voyages reserves the right to enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Fabled Voyages reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion and at any time. The most recent version of these Terms and Conditions shall supersede and replace all prior versions, regardless of the timing of any dispute or claim. It is the responsibility of all Residents, Renters, Guests, and Visitors to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates. Continued access to or use of Fabled Voyages facilities constitutes acceptance of the latest Terms and Conditions.
