Ownership Opportunities

15 Year - Lifetime

Our Members that purchase a residence as a 15 year, or the lifetime of the ship are the anchors of our Community. Decorate and modify the cabin within the realms of our Terms and Conditions of Safety. Additionally, they are in for a Lifetime or more, and will have their voices heard as our Senior Community Members. They will have a vote as we build out additional itinerary - continents and ports to visit, cosmetic changes to the ship, and be treated as investors of the Residential Cruise Ship as we journey on.

10 Year - Long Haul

Our Members that purchase a residence as a 10 year can decorate and modify the cabin within the realms of our Terms and Conditions of Safety. They will have a vote as we build out additional itinerary - continents and ports to visit and cosmetic changes to the ship.

5 Year - Short Timer

Our Members that purchase a residence as a 5 year can decorate and modify the cabin within the realms of our Terms and Conditions of Safety.

Fractional Ownership - Part Timer

Part Timing with Friends or Family

For those who have friends or extended family that would like to go in and purchase a residence together. As this is a unit of common occupants, a dedicated cabin will be assigned for the ownership duration. The Residence can be customized for the Common Residents. Monthly Fees Range will be collected proportionally each month from all parties.

1/2 Fractional Ownership

Split between 2 different parties, who will agree on how to split up the usage of the Residence. Our Staff are happy to assist with scheduling.

An monthly fee of $100.00 will be added for Maintenance from each party.

1/4 Fractional Ownership

Split between 4 different parties, who will agree on how to split up the usage of the Residence. Our Staff are happy to assist with scheduling.

An monthly fee of $100.00 will be added for Maintenance from each party.

Part Timing (Solo)

For those who are wanting part time occupancy of a residence and do not have others to purchase a whole residence together. As this is a unit of non-related occupants, a dedicated cabin will be not assigned for the ownership duration. No permanent changes or modifications can be made to the Temporary Residence. Monthly Fees Range will be collected proportionally each month from all parties.

Additional Information

Full Owners of Residences can legally transfer or sell their Residence during at any time and for the remaining duration of Ownership .

Fractional Owners - Part Timing with Friends and Family can legally transfer or sell their Residence during at any time and for the remaining duration of Ownership with the approval of the other Fractional Owners and the Senior Management (as a neutral party).

Fractional Owners - Part Timing Alone can legally transfer or sell their Time Share of a Temporary Residence during at any time and for the remaining duration of Ownership .

Fractional Owners can take more than 1/4 of ownership based on quarters of ownership. Example: Two families want to purchase a Residence together, one can take 3/4 ownership and the other 1/4.
